Robert Vore, MS, LPC is an Atlanta-area therapist with a particular focus in adolescents & young adults. He’s also a certified QPR Suicide Prevention Instructor for groups of any size and offers trainings & consultations to churches, ministries, & other groups on topics such as the intersection of faith & mental health, youth development, college student mental health and maintaining your mental health while working in ministry.

He’s also an advocate online for better mental health engagement in faith communities, with writing featured on Relevant, The Mighty, Thought Catalog, Patheos, and more. He’s worked in various ministries & non-profits including college ministry & relational youth ministry.

He lives in Atlanta with his wife, their two kids, and their dog.

Holly Oxhandler, PhD, LMSW is an associate professor and the associate dean for research and faculty development at Baylor University’s Diana R. Garland School of Social Work. Holly studies the ethical integration of religion/spirituality in mental health treatment, whether and how mental health care providers discuss their client’s religious/spiritual beliefs, and what clients prefer regarding this area of practice. Holly is the author of The Soul of the Helper: Seven Stages to Seeing the Sacred Within Yourself So You Can See It in Others (2022).

Holly lives in Waco, TX, with her husband, and the couple has two children.
